Great organization and guide. Made the most of time spent. Marie was an exceptional guide providing lots of information. Very clear she does her homework on an ongoing basis. I have done many escorted international tours but this is first ..US tour. Wonderful experience.Read full review

The upper antelope and horseshoe bend tours were really good. Time management by the tour guide was also well done. Here are some suggestions to make our experience much better in the future tours:
1) Assign a tour guide who knows A LOT a..bout the destination and who is passionate about communicating/talking. The tour guide wasn’t a local and she spoke very little about Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend (googling these places helped but there’s more to know I’m pretty certain). She also spoke mostly in Chinese and the driver was also yelling in Chinese (we didn’t understand so i had to ask our tour-mates who understood Chinese language).
2) The light lunch was very disappointing. I paid $9 for half a Subway that cost $6.50. Why didn’t you buy the meal pack which cost only $9.75 (and i wouldn’t mind paying $10 for it).
3) Good thing, bottled purified water was offered unlimitedly and we had chips for snacks (I don’t eat chips so i bought fresh fruit during the pit stop on the way back to Las Vegas).
4) Good thing, we were provided with face masks for the dusty ride to Antelope CYN. The other tour groups weren’t given face masks, must have been uncomfortable for them!
5) Although I said time management is good, I think it can still be improved. For example, I was told to be at the pickup point at 5:10 for a 5:20 take off. I arrived at 5:00 AM, the bus arrived at 5:15 and took off at 5:30. The waiting area was dark and not quite comfortable, it would have helped if the bus arrived and took off on time as scheduled. But, I understand these things do happen.Read full review
The tour itself was okay. However, the transportation was not. The bus was old & the ride was so uncomfortable. Come to find out, one of the tires was so bald that it needed to be replaced. So that delayed our ride home.
Dennis our tour guide is not a tour guide. First He does not give a clear instructions and secondly he does not wait for the whole group to arrive before giving the instructions. No welcome words were said when we boarded the bus and no exp..lanations as to why we were stopping in hotels, although we already have an idea. Our lunch was incomplete. We bought our own bottle water when it was part of the lunch box (he gave it to us later in the day and the fruit was missing) It really *****. Not using the Tours 4 fun again. The driver was speeding. pretty scary when it it is a winding road.Read full review
Read full review
We would like to specially commend our guide, Evan, who did an outstanding job. His great personality and wealth of knowledge in history, geography and politics made the tours very enjoyable. He also paid special care to the safety of all p..assengers, from his safe driving techniques to constantly checking that everyone is well taken care of. Well done Evan! The tour also covered many of the key attractions in the national Parks. Truly a wel spent three days and the lodging accommodation was also very comfortable. we look forward to attending another tour in the near future!Read full review
I would give Antelope Canyon a five star rating, but waiting 90 minutes in an open tent in a very dusty and windy area is unacceptable. Buy a tent with walks to protect everyone. Our tour guide said very little to us. It was overall a bad e..xperience except for the beauty of Antelope Canyon. Many improvements need to be made.Read full review
